We are a produce driven, winery restaurant in the singularly beautiful Hawke’s Bay, proudly one of the largest organic growing regions in New Zealand. Executive Chef Regnar Christensen and the Team behind him are passionate about finding the freshest seasonal ingredients and interpreting them.
We source our ingredients directly from small farmers and artisans to build strong relationships and learn the story of the produce, so we can share it with you. Our dishes are stripped back and elemental, to truly showcase the complexities and brilliance of our ingredients.
Our bar reflects the best wine and spirits from New Zealand and beyond, from small distilleries to the classics we love. Unlike many winery restaurants, we welcome walk ins, so we created our bar menu for those times when you feel like a lighter meal while you enjoy the view with a drink.
