Black Barn Bistro is a produce driven, winery restaurant in Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand. The passionate kitchen, run by Head Chef Jason Brown, seeks out the freshest seasonal ingredients. Hawke's bay is one of the largest organic growing regions in the country. Respect for the animal and the environment is of the highest importance when sourcing our product. We deal with small farmers and artisans directly to learn the story of the produce and build relationships. The dishes are clean and simple with no fuss, to truly showcase the complexities within the ingredients.
